Currently, ABL is inviting experienced and qualified professionals to join its Building & Infrastructure Division in Pune. Available Positions

1. Project Manager – Pune

Experience: 15+ years in high-rise building construction
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete project execution from start to finish.
  • Ensure profitability, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage contractual compliances, planning, resource mobilization, and risk management.
  • Coordinate client interactions for maximum satisfaction.
  • Supervise gang men, labor mobilization, documentation, billing, and receivables as per contract.

2. Billing Engineer – Pune

Experience: 4+ years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (SAP knowledge preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and follow up for client payments as per schedule.
  • Conduct monthly material reconciliations and provide accurate budgeting inputs.
  • Prepare cost estimations, comparative statements, and quantity take-offs.
  • Finalize vendors and manage MIS reporting, contract reviews, cost monitoring, and claim formulation.

3. Safety Stewards / Supervisors – Pune

Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma in Industrial Fire & Safety or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification.
  • Deliver safety inductions, organize mock drills, and ensure availability of fire protection equipment.
  • Monitor compliance with EHS protocols, report near-miss incidents, and maintain safety records for audits.

4. Lab Technician – QA/QC – Pune

Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: Any Graduate / ITI
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tests on concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel as per project specifications.
  • Maintain RMC workability and quality check records.
  • Prepare detailed reports, assist in cost estimation, and coordinate with project teams.
  • Support data analysis and documentation using relevant software.

5. Electrician – Pune

Experience: 7+ years in high-rise building projects
Qualification: ITI – Electrical
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in high-rise construction.

6. Sr. Engineer – Pune

Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RCC and finishing works such as flooring, joinery, wall cladding, facades, and interiors.
  • Oversee quality checks, safety compliance, and project progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and service teams for smooth execution.

7. Store Incharge – Pune

Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Store Management
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement, stores, SAP operations, vendor development, and logistics.
  • Monitor stock availability, inventory, and material transfers.
  • Prepare MIS reports and ensure audit readiness.
