  • No. of Openings: 2
  • Experience Required: 4–5 years
  • Qualification & Skills:
    • Graduation/Diploma
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with ERP systems to update material & item details in Powerplay software

2. Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Location: Head Office, Odisha
  • No. of Openings: 1
  • Experience Required: 10–12 years
  • Qualification & Skills:
    • Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR (MBA/PGDM-HR)
    • Strong background in Talent Acquisition for Infrastructure/EPC/Construction/NHAI/Railway/Metro projects
    • Expertise in handling end-to-end recruitment for large-scale projects
    • Knowledge of ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS) & HRMS

3. Manager – QC (Quality Control)

  • Location: Paradeep, Odisha
  • No. of Openings: 1
  • Experience Required: Minimum 15 years
  • Qualification & Skills:
    • B.Tech (Civil)
    • Proven experience in NHAI projects with strong expertise in quality control & assurance

4. Highway Engineer

  • Location: Damanjodi, Kakriguma

  • Experience Required: 5–8 years (preferably in NHAI projects)
  • Qualification & Skills:
    • B.Tech (Civil)
    • Hands-on experience in Highway Construction/Maintenance
    • Knowledge of IRC & MoRTH design standards
    • Expertise in Quantity Estimation, BOQ, DPR Preparation

5. Supervisor – Highway

  • Location: Damanjodi, Kakriguma

6. Diesel Assistant
