🎓 Qualifications Required:
To ensure the highest standards across our projects, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (depending on the role)
- For HSE roles, a NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent is mandatory
- For Draftsman roles, a Diploma in Drafting/AutoCAD or related field is required
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GULF countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc.)
- Experience in ADNOC projects will be considered a strong advantage
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Skills:
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and HSE standards
- Proficiency in tools/software such as AutoCAD, Primavera (for Planning roles), MS Project, and surveying instruments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
