📍 Available Positions
Head Office (Raipur)
- HR Manager (8–10 Years)
- Responsible for end-to-end HR management including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills required.
- Billing & Planning Assistant (3–5 Years)
- Assist in project planning, billing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and project coordination is essential.
- Office Boy (1–2 Years)
- Daily office assistance, documentation support, and administrative help.
- Reliable, disciplined, and cooperative nature preferred.
Site Positions
- Accountant (3–5 Years)
- Manage site-level accounts, financial records, and reporting.
- Must have hands-on experience with accounting software and project accounts.
- Store Incharge (3–5 Years)
- Responsible for material management, stock records, and inventory control.
- Should have experience in managing stores at construction sites.
- Billing Engineer (Building) – (3–10 Years | 2 Positions)
- Preparation of RA bills, client billing, subcontractor billing, and BOQ verification.
- Must have sound knowledge of building projects and billing software.
- Building Engineer (3–10 Years | 2 Positions)
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensure quality standards, and manage construction progress.
- Strong technical background in civil/building projects is a must.
🎯 Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Prior experience in Infrastructure/Building Projects will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
