1. Project Manager
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Construction Manager
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 8+ years in construction supervision, preferably in high-rise or infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Site coordination, safety compliance, and team management.
3. Project Engineer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in project execution, design coordination, and site supervision.
4. Foreman
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification.
- Experience: 5+ years in construction site supervision.
- Skills: Team handling, material management, and quality control.
5. MEP Engineer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in MEP design, installation, and commissioning.
- Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
6. Post Quantity Surveyor / QS
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4+ years in cost estimation, tendering, and contract management.
7. Technical Engineer
- Qualifications: Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years in technical design and construction methodologies.
8. Draftsman
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting.
- Experience: 3+ years in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
9. Junior Planning Engineer

- Experience: 2+ years in project scheduling (Primavera P6/MS Project).
10. Senior Purchaser / Purchaser
- Qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business.
- Experience: 5+ years (Senior), 3+ years (Purchaser) in procurement, vendor management.
11. Logistic Engineer
- Qualifications: Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 4+ years in material handling and transportation planning.
12. HSE Officer / HSE Inspector
- Qualifications: NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
- Experience: 3+ years in construction safety compliance.
13. Chargehand
- Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in relevant trade.
