1. Project Manager (Civil)
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
✅ Experience:
- 8+ years in construction project management.
- Strong background in residential/commercial building projects.
- Experience with Saudi building codes and regulations is a plus.
2. Project Manager (MEP)
✅ Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- PMP or MEP-specific certifications (desirable).
✅ Experience:
- 7+ years in MEP project management.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination, BIM, and green building standards.
3. Civil Engineer
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (preferred).
✅ Experience:
- 5+ years in construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
- Experience in concrete, steel, and finishing works.
4. Architect Engineer
✅ Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Familiarity with Saudi architectural codes.
✅ Experience:
- 5+ years in architectural design & site supervision.
- Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Portfolio of residential/commercial projects.
5. Electrical Engineer
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
✅ Experience:
- 4+ years in electrical systems for buildings.
- Experience with low-voltage systems, lighting, and power distribution.
6. Mechanical Engineer
✅ Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.

- 4+ years in building mechanical systems.
- Experience with chilled water systems, VRV, and ductwork.
