- Civil Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in real estate/construction
- Skills: Project execution, site management, AutoCAD
- Quality Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6+ years in quality control/assurance
- Skills: QA/QC processes, material testing, compliance
- Store Keeper
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years in construction material management
- Skills: Inventory control, documentation, ERP systems
- Supervisor – Civil
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6+ years in site supervision
- Skills: Team coordination, progress monitoring
- Foreman – Shuttering / Reinforcement
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil/Relevant Trade
- Experience: 8+ years in shuttering/rebar work
- Skills: Formwork execution, safety compliance
Real estate experience is mandatory for all positions.
