Open Positions & Job Details

1. Deputy Manager – Projects

Role: Oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in construction/project management
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

2. Project/Senior Engineers

Role: Lead on-site execution, monitor quality & safety, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Requirements:

  • BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years in high-rise/residential/commercial projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project

3. Junior/Assistant Engineer

Role: Assist in project planning, site supervision, and coordination with contractors.
Requirements:

  • Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply)
  • Keen to learn & grow in the construction industry

4. Supervisor – Civil

Role: Monitor daily site activities, ensure work adherence to drawings, and manage labor.
Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Civil
  • 3+ years of site supervision experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices

5. Foreman – Civil

Role: Supervise workers, ensure material availability, and maintain site discipline.
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction
  • Ability to read basic drawings

6. Surveyor

Role: Conduct land surveys, verify measurements, and support project layout.
Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Surveying/Civil Engineering
  • Experience with surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
