🔹 Team Leader
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 18 Years in Highway/Infrastructure Projects
• Role: Overall leadership of project execution, compliance, quality & progress monitoring.
🔹 Resident Engineer
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: Minimum 15 Years
• Role: Day-to-day site supervision, contractor coordination, and execution control.
🔹 Material Engineer
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: Minimum 15 Years
• Role: Quality control of construction materials, lab setup, and material testing procedures.
🔹 Bridge Engineer
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: Minimum 18 Years
• Role: Supervision of bridge structures, drawings, execution, and safety assurance.
🔹 Pavement Specialist
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: Minimum 15 Years
• Role: Design, execution, and quality assurance of flexible and rigid pavements.
