Available Positions & Requirements
1. Chief Resident Engineer and Team Leader
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20 years in Project/Construction Management with exposure to PERT & CPM techniques
- Key Responsibility: Overall responsibility for project execution, control over contractor staff, and ensuring timely completion with quality standards.
2. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15 years in Project Management with PERT & CPM knowledge
- Key Responsibility: Supervise construction activities, ensure adherence to quality and timelines, and manage execution of utilities.
3. Planning Manager
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10–12 years in Project Control with PERT & CPM exposure
- Key Responsibility: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and control processes for efficient delivery.
4. Design Review Manager – Civil
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred)
- Experience: 15 years in civil/structural design
- Key Responsibility: Ensure structural designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet project requirements.
5. Design Review Manager – MEP
- Qualification: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 15 years in MEP design
- Key Responsibility: Review MEP designs for feasibility and optimization.
6. Architect
- Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
- Experience: 10 years in relevant building projects
- Key Responsibility: Ensure architectural designs are feasible, financially optimized, and execution-ready.
7. Quality Assurance / Control Manager
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Materials Engineering/Geology (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 10 years as a QA auditor
- Key Responsibility: Maintain high-quality construction standards and oversee quality inspections.
8. Contracts Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law (Master’s desirable)
- Experience: 10 years in contract management
- Key Responsibility: Manage contracts, control costs, and advise project leadership on contractual matters.
9. Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or certified by a Quantity Surveying Institution
- Experience: 10 years in similar roles
- Key Responsibility: Verify materials, prepare measurement books, and assist site engineers with project reports.
