General Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant discipline.
- Be a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Have experience relevant to the position applied for.

- Project Manager – 15+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
- Contract Manager – 15+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field; knowledge of FIDIC contracts essential.
- Design Manager – 12+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; strong design coordination skills.
- PCS Engineer – 10+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; expertise in project controls, Primavera P6, and cost management.
- Quantity Surveyor – 7+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering; strong cost estimation and BOQ preparation skills.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer – 10+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Senior Electrical Engineer – 10+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; experience in power distribution and ELV systems.
- Senior Civil Engineer – 10+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; proven track record in large infrastructure projects.
- Senior Architect – 10+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; experience in urban design and high-end developments.
- Senior HSE – 7+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE-related field; NEBOSH/OSHA certification preferred.
- QA/QC Engineer – 7+ years experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; ISO 9001 knowledge is an advantage.
- Document Controller (Aconex) – 5+ years experience
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; strong knowledge of Aconex system and document control procedures.
- Architecture Inspector – 2+ years experience
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; site inspection experience required.
- MEP Inspector – 2+ years experience
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; hands-on inspection experience.
