🏗️ Project Overview
Our upcoming luxury villa project aims to set new benchmarks in quality, aesthetics, and modern living standards. To achieve this, we are expanding our Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) team and looking for talented professionals with proven expertise in high-end residential or villa construction.
💼 Current Open Positions
- Quality Lead (Civil)
- Experience: 10–12 years
- Role: Oversee and lead all quality-related activities for the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- QA/QC Civil – Structure(10 Positions)
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Role: Specialize in structural QA/QC, including inspections, testing, and reporting to maintain top-quality standards.
- QA/QC Civil – Finishes(10 Positions)
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Role: Monitor and ensure the highest quality in finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, and other fine details.
- QA/QC MEP(2 Positions)
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Role: Ensure quality and compliance in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, coordinating with various teams for smooth execution.
✅ Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control for luxury residential or villa projects.
- Hands-on knowledge in respective domains (Structure / Finishes / MEP).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality construction environment.
