🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Highway maintenance (for AHME role) OR
- Quality control & material testing (for AQME role)
- Prior experience in NHAI, NHIDCL, or road construction projects is a big plus.

For Assistant Highway Maintenance Engineer (AHME)
✔ Conduct regular inspections and supervise highway maintenance activities.
✔ Ensure compliance with NHAI safety and maintenance standards.
✔ Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project teams for timely execution.
✔ Document maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions.
For Assistant Quality cum Material Engineer (AQME)
✔ Oversee material testing (soil, bitumen, concrete, aggregates) in lab/field.
✔ Maintain quality control logs and ensure adherence to MORTH/NHAI specifications.
✔ Prepare test reports, troubleshoot material issues, and ensure compliance.
✔ Work closely with contractors to rectify deviations in material quality.
