🔍 Role: Lead the entire project execution, team coordination, quality monitoring, and reporting to client authority.
2. Deputy Team Leader (Road)
📘 Qualification: M.Tech in Transportation/Highway/Civil Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 15+ Years
🔍 Role: Assist the TL in managing road work planning, design, execution, and quality compliance.
3. Deputy Team Leader (Building)
📘 Qualification: B.Arch or M.Tech in Construction Management / Civil
🛠️ Experience: 15+ Years
🔍 Role: Supervise and manage the architectural and civil aspects of building infrastructure.
4. Project Monitoring Expert
📘 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 10+ Years
🔍 Role: Project performance tracking, physical & financial progress review, milestone verification.
5. Procurement & Contract Management Specialist
📘 Qualification: M.Tech / MBA in Procurement, Contracts, or related fields
🛠️ Experience: Relevant domain experience required
🔍 Role: Contract drafting, vendor negotiations, bid evaluation, compliance as per government norms.
6. AutoCAD Expert (Road & Building)
📘 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
